Somebody who work in office always has
problem in their management.This is because they always have to think burden
that to resolve.They cannot run with this problem and must find alternative to
make sure their problem have settle clearly.Stress management also can teach we all healthier ways to
cope with stress.Lazy is one of factor that we become stress because when we
lazy we also do work in last minute.So,we are pressure brain to think
immediately.If we do not want to involve in stress management we have to be a
hardworking,always solve assignment before due date and make a plan.
